INTEGRATION DEVELOPER

Full-Time position in Valencia, SPAIN / Remote

We are seeking an Integration Operations Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our
mission of delivering life-changing services to rural homes in sub-Saharan Africa and Asia. At Solaris Offgrid, we develop software that enables distributors to offer essential services at affordable prices through mobile payments, benefiting over 2,000,000 individuals and continuously expanding our reach.

As a valued member of our integration team, your primary responsibility will involve creating, auditing, and enhancing our tooling capabilities. By leveraging your skills, you will help streamline our integration projects, ensuring greater efficiency, accuracy, and overall quality. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and possess strong multitasking skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build high-quality, clean, scalable and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews, Unit testing, etc.)

  • Help investigate issues in production and find durable solutions.
  • Collaborate day-to-day with developers, product managers and quality engineers using agile software development methodology.

  • Deploy applications via automation with configuration management tools.

  • Sustain and improve the process of knowledge sharing throughout the engineering team.

  • Collaborate with product managers/owners and user experience designers to deliver delightful experiences.

  • Code review and guide Junior Developers on their work and career journey

  • It’s best if you already know Python well and have some practical software architecture and integration experience. It’s also better if you have experience with Agile processes.
