If you are using our PaygOps web platform or Mobile App we collect additional "Platform Data" necessary to the functioning of our services.

We are the controller of Service Data when we process Platform Data for improving our Service(s) as expressly permitted by you according to this Notice. Platform Data means all electronic data, text, messages or other materials, including Personal Data of Users and End-Users, submitted to our service(s) by you through your Account in connection with your use of the service(s). 

If you are an EEA or Switzerland-based customer, then you are responsible for compliance with the applicable data protection law where you are the “controllers”.
